Nasi goreng (a.k.a Indonesian Fried Rice) is a very common breakfast dish in Indonesia. It is normally made with left over rice from last night's dinner plus any other meats or leftover dishes from dinner.
Since Rice is the main staples in any of Indonesian cooking, Nasi goreng is also quite common to have for other occassions like lunch, dinner and parties. There are so many variations of Nasi goreng, almost each regions in Indonesia has its own version of Nasi goreng.
