Asian greens with Oyster sauce

What You'll Need

  • Bunches of Asian Green (eg: 2 bunches of Choy sum, or 3 bunches of baby Pak choy)
  • 1-2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • A few drops of Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Oil

How to Make It

Step 1

Blanch your greens on boiling water for 2-3 minutes. 

Step 2

On an empty plate, mix the oyster sauce and sesame oil. Then mix your blanched greens into this sauce. 

Step 3

In an empty frying pan, heat peanut oil until it simmers. Then pour the peanut oil into the greens mixture. When the oil is hot enough, it will sizzle.
